Hi, recently I've made an interview with 16 years old Matthew. He is member of Pillow's Case team. Pillow's Case team compete in League of Legends. Matthew told me about his first and only one rule that allows him to play in Pillows. He has to pass all his school exams before he can start his trainings. I believe it's very reasonable approach to the "case". I tried to talk about earnings, however he couldn't say a word because of his contract, he only said it's very satisfactioning ammount.
As much as he loves to play, he has to spend more time to study, his teachers sometimes are being hard on him. Somehow he find time to train from 2 to 3 hours per day and that's how champions are raising.
